We want you to capture our wedding! What’s the next step?

Fill out the form on the contact page to make sure I’m available on your date. If I’m still free then we should meet up! If you are local to Harrogate we can meet for a coffee. If you’re a bit further afield then let’s arrange a Zoom chat. To secure your date, all I need is a completed booking form returned to me and the booking fee. Then we are good to go!

How much is the booking fee and when do we pay the outstanding balance?

The booking fee is 1/2 of the package price and it’s required to secure your date at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Can you hold our wedding date for us?

Yes, paying your deposit at the time of the booking secures you the date.

Do you charge for travel?

I only charge for travel outside the 50 mile radius of Harrogate, at the standard rate.

Do you need accommodation provided by us?

I love to come home to my own bed after a long day’s shooting, but sometimes that’s not possible. I factor in the location and length of time you want me at your wedding and go from there.

Do we need 2 photographers?

Two photographers allow your day to be shown from two angles and if you’d like more of the little moments captured, whilst I’m taking photos of the bigger moments.

When will we receive our photos?

As a general rule I say about 6-8 weeks. It really depends on the time of year. Some summers get super busy, and I believe the impact is way bigger if several weeks pass by. My photography is uniquely telling your wedding through a balanced and flowing story, I don’t like to rush my work.

Do you have back up equipment and are you insured?

I have a lot of equipment. I have backup cameras, multiple lenses and flash equipment to cover all possibilities. I service my equipment every year to ensure it is in the best working shape. I hold Public Liability & Indemnity insurance and can provide copies of these certificates upon request.
